Central Japan International Medical Center

Central Japan International Medical Center has recently reached completion in Minokamo City, Gifu Prefecture. Our team was responsible for the exterior landscape construction, rooftop greening, and interior plantscaping. Spanning an expansive 123,000-square-meter campus, this major undertaking involved a construction period of approximately seven months. Serving as a premier medical hub integrated with Minokamo City's "Medical City Concept," the hospital reliably delivers safe, high-quality care to patients from both within and beyond the region while catering to diverse medical needs. Beyond providing healthcare services, the complex features a convenience store, café, and bookstore, creating a welcoming and accessible retreat where visitors can gather and unwind with ease.

【Comment from the Site Team】
Planting deciduous canopy trees and laying turf during the intense summer heat of July through September posed significant challenges, demanding rigorous watering, tree protection, and fine-tuned logistics between nursery shipments and on-site arrivals. For the tree-lined avenues in particular, we focused intently on precise tree alignment and clean sightlines. When crafting site amenities such as concrete benches and gabions, all seating edges were finished with gentle curves to ensure user safety. Inside the wire gabions, the rubble stones were meticulously arranged by hand to resemble traditional stone masonry, reflecting our craftsmanship and commitment to exceptional quality across all built structures.
